Dietitian Availabilities & Locations

  • We operate as a fully telehealth clinic, and all consults are held via Zoom. We can provide full assessments through Telehealth and email any supplement prescriptions via Vital.ly (if required), handouts and plans.

If you would like a phone call, email us and we would be happy to organise this.

Please ensure that you have adequate internet speed, looking for upload speed to be at least 1Mbps and download speed to be 600 kbps.

During your consult, it the audio/video starts lagging, your dietitian may ask to continue to consult via phone call, or reschedule to another date.

  • Please note our availability is usually up to date on our online booking portal below.

You are welcome to email us and request to join the cancellation list.

If you are seeking a consult outside of our usual available times (specific times listed on the online booking link left side panel), please note we may not be able to accomodate this - however feel free to reach out via email to check.

  • View our consult pricing here.

Note, we have a pricing update from 1st March, 2026.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email us (admin@savvydietetics.com.au) as soon as possible.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy:

    • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the consultation fee will be invoiced via email

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the consultation fee will be invoiced via email

We understand that life and health can be unpredictable, particularly when living with invisible illness, and we will never judge you for needing to cancel at short notice.

However, we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Late cancellations can be difficult to rebook and may significantly affect our clinicians’ income and the viability of the practice. As an ethical business, we compensate our staff for late-notice cancellations.

  • The Savvy Dietetics team all have lived experience of complex health conditions. This strengthens our clinical work, but occasionally means appointments need to be rescheduled. We ask for kindness and understanding, and we operate within a team treatment model to maintain continuity of care.

Clinician Booking Notes

  • Savvy is taking a sabbatical in 2026 and will have limited availability for existing clients, and will not be taking on new clients.

If you are one of Savvy's clients looking to rebook, please feel free to book in with Aleisha or Romy, and email us so we can handover.

The Savvy Dietetics team case conferences weekly to ensure each client receives quality care.

  • Aleisha primarily works with clients who are seeking counselling around relationship with food, vascular compression management, malnutrition and complex microbiome concerns.

Aleisha does not see clients focussing on a primary goal of weight loss, or children under 16 years old.

  • Romy is accepting new clients!

Romy also practices at Connected Health Alliance Wollongong, an interdisciplinary EDS & Co focussed clinic and Registered Charity, alongside leading clinicians in the space, and at the forefront of education, research and client care.

Romy does not see children under 16 years old.

  • Katherine’s books are open!

Katherine is joining the Savvy Dietetics team in early 2026, following the submission of her PhD exploring mental health and the gut microbiome.

During her onboarding period, Katherine will be supported by our team behind the scenes via case review and weekly case conferencing to ensure each client receives quality care.
