For new clients...
Join the waitlist
If you are a new client, fill out the waitlist form below. We'll reach out to confirm you have been added, and then reach out within 2 months to offer you a choice of 5-10 spots.
Once you are booked in for you initial consult, you'll receive intake forms to complete. This will help us hit the ground running. Please do email any recent blood test results prior to our session.
If you would like a video consult, please select 'telehealth' in our online booking system. We'll email you a zoom link before our consult.

Medicare (Chronic Disease Management Plan & Eating Disorder Plan) and Australian Private Health Funds (if covered for Dietetics) are eligible for rebates. Savita does not bulk-bill appointments.
When you receive a referral, join the waitlist (on 'Booking In' page) and send us an email to check we have received your referral paperwork so we can accept this. It is your responsibility to reach out to us to book an appointment after being referred, we will not reach out to you unless the referrer has explicitly asked us to.
Payment & Claiming Rebates
In clinic: Payments will be processed at the end of the consult. EFTPOS with HICAPS is available for on-the-spot Medicare and Australian Private Health Fund Claims.
Teleheath: An invoice will be emailed to you after the consultation, to be paid via bank transfer. You may use this invoice to claim any rebates you are eligible for. If you would like to pay via Credit Card we can issue a Stripe invoice which includes the processing fee (1.75% + $0.30).
Cancellations & No Shows
Please let us know ASAP if a reschedule is needed! Cancellations within 24 hours of the consult incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee via invoice, and no-shows incur 100% of the appointment fee.
We happily accept NDIS Self & Plan managed participants. Savita can provide any letters or supporting documentation needed to advocate for healthy meal delivery or home meal prep help and more if required.
For the moment, we've paused taking on international clients outside of Australia & New Zealand. Savita is more than happy to suggest dietitians in a time zone similar to yours.
